Forward your receiving inbox to your Dockcall address, or give carriers the address directly. Free slot in the window they asked for? Booked and confirmed. Full? They get the three nearest free times, one click each. Missing the PO or pallet count? It asks for exactly that. Prefer a web page? There's one — still no account.
You stay in charge
The agent only books inside rules you set: opening hours, which doors take which loads, minutes per pallet, trucks per slot, pallets per hour, lead time. Anything unclear — an unknown PO, a muddled email — lands in your approval queue with a suggested slot. Or switch auto-booking off and approve everything.
Driver check-in, no app
Every confirmation carries a check-in link. At the gate, drivers tap "I'm here" or scan the QR by the gatehouse and type their PO. Your day board shows who's arrived, who's late and who's at a door.
Waiting-time evidence
Every booking, arrival, door and departure is timestamped and never edited. Export the report per carrier when a detention bill arrives — slot, arrival, wait and turnaround, minute by minute.
